What types of units does LIRIA offer?

Our projects include studios, 3½, 4½, and penthouses. Every unit combines modern design, bright spaces, and premium materials (quartz, wood, ceramic).

Does the rent include services?

Yes. Every apartment comes with an all-inclusive package: hot water, high-speed Internet, 5 appliances, light fixtures, and window coverings are all included in the rent.

What is the minimum lease term?

The standard term is 12 months. Flexible options may be available depending on the unit type and timing of the lease.

Is there a manager or concierge on site?

Yes, a full team is on site at all times, including a concierge and a leasing agent/building manager. We respond quickly to residents' needs and complete most repairs within 24 hours.

What amenities are available?

Every LIRIA project offers exclusive hospitality-inspired spaces: an elegant lobby, coworking, La Suite common room, a full gym, an indoor pool, and designer shared spaces.

Is parking available?

Yes. Indoor and outdoor parking is available, with EV charging stations at select projects.

Do you offer additional parking?

Yes, a limited number of additional parking spaces are available. Ask our leasing team for availability and pricing.

Are pets allowed?

Are storage spaces available?

Is the kitchen range hood vented to the outside?

Yes, all range hoods are connected to an exterior vent for better ventilation and efficient removal of odors and steam.

Do the floors have radiant heating?

No, the floors are not heated. Heating is provided by modern electric baseboards that deliver consistent comfort and precise temperature control in every room.
